Frequently Asked Questions

How do you charge for shipping?

I charge based on your package! Typically jewelry will not cost much in the way of material to ship so I hold off on charging in-country mail. For larger items, or crafts that will not fit in a padded envelope at most, then shipping will be charged based on the package. Everything will be sent in as timely a fashion as possible. I only get so many days where I can make post office hours so on average there will be two post days a week (Tuesday and Friday). If you need your items sooner, contact me as soon as possible.

I do not ship internationally at this time.

Uh oh! It broke in the box!

Oh no! I'm sorry to hear that! If something I sent you was broken let me know ASAP and I'll either fix it or replace it.

I was messing with the thing and the thing broke!

I'll fix/replace jewelry if there was a defect in the product. Wear and tear is all you! Sometimes there's sudden metal allergies or a rubber band breaks. Things happen! I'll certainly try to reasonably work with you for repairs or any problems you have with the product.

How will I get my art?

Traditional art will be sent in a bubble mailer when I am finished. You will be notified when I send it. Digital art will be sent to you via a Google drive link which you will then have two (2) weeks to access it and save as you would like to.

You did a great job with ...! Can I use your products on my website/blog/vlog/social media?

Absolutely, but please remember to credit me! As much as I love folks showing off my stuff, I'd like them to also know where it came from. Thank you! :)

Do you prefer vanilla, strawberry, or chocolate ice cream?

Yes.
